Brussels Griffon - Small - Adult - Female - Dog - Lucy-Kansas

Lucy is a happy girl as long as she has a canine companion or her human companion. She does not like to be left alone. The only time she will bark is when she is left by herself. She likes to follow her human around all day. She will play with a couple of her foster sisters if they play gentle, but she does not like to rough house. Lucy loves to go in the car. When her foster mom is getting ready to leave for work in the morning, Lucy will push the screen door open so she can go into the garage and stand by the car. Lucy is lucky -- she gets to go to work with her foster mom. Lucy needs to be in a home where she cannot get an outside door or gate is open -- all doors and gates must be secure. Lucy likes to explore -- she will wander away from home if she gets a chance. Lucy weighs 12 pounds and is six years old. She is located in Wichita, KS. She is heartworm negative, on preventative, spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. If you are looking for a lap companion, Lucy is your girl. Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
